ETown Digital first opened it's doors in 1999, specializing in the latest in
Digital Cameras and accessories. It was operated out of a small store in Queens
Arcade, downtown Auckland, with only 3 staff. Today, ETown has grown
significantly and has added Video Cameras, iPods, MP3 Players, Mobile Phones,
Perfumes, and Speaker Systems to its range. ETown is now operating from newer,
larger high-profile premises on
Broadway, Newmarket and employs over 12 staff to run both the retail
store and the online store.
Our products are parallel imported, which simply means we source everything
directly from suppliers overseas rather than a distributor here in New
Zealand. Parallel importing allows for competition between sources of the
same or similar goods. The products are essentially the same. A printed English
user manual, mulit-language software CD are provided. By sourcing our goods
this way, we can cuts costs dramatically and pass the savings direct to you!
